Leading new product development and innovation is Andrew Ingredients’ Technical Sales Manager Finbar Haughey. Finbar has over 25 years’ experience in production, operations and new product development with some of Northern Ireland’s best known bakeries and is a part time lecturer at the Belfast Metropolitan Bakery School. With his knowledge and expertise, Finbar is on hand to work with existing and potential customers via seminars and demonstrations in conjunction with leading suppliers from across Europe.
We work closely with our suppliers in the field of new product development. We continually research market trends and in particular the future trends and needs in Ireland.
