Description
Flapjack Mix is a versatile, deliciously oaty, chewy mix for flapjacks and cereal bars which only requires the addition of water.
Ingredients
1kg
Macphie Flapjack Mix
50ml
Water
Method
Place the mix into a bowl.
Gradually add the water on slow speed for approximately 20 seconds.
Place into a greased tin.
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Scaling suggestions:
For a 12” x 7” tray bake, deposit 1kg of mix.
For an 18” x 18” tray, deposit approximately 3.8kg
For an 18” x 30” tray, deposit approximately 6.3kg.
Baking times may increase for larger tray bakes.
