Description
E40 is an emulsion (40% oil) based on 40% vegetable oil. It is suitable for loaves and rolls and is a viscous fluid product. Due to its excellent bonding properties, the product achieves a good adhesion to the sides. E40 should ideally be sprayed using airmix systems.
